Not everyone has to get up at 5:30 am, but cadets rise and shine every weekday for a myriad of activities. Be it morning formation, PT, band rehearsal, or special unit activities, the Corps is up and moving before sun rise. It may not be the easiest thing to do, but there’s a lot of motivation behind it all. Nevertheless, there are days that require an extra boost–or liquid motivation–before conquering the day.
